One of the best malls I've ever been to. I would highly recommend everyone to go to this one as it is quite expansive with unique stores.

So exciting to see the New and Unique stores opening at Northtown Mall. I've been watching it change before my eyes over the last 2 years and I can tell you that this mall has the most Heart Centered and Capable Employees, Management, Shop Owners Patrons I have ever seen..and don't even get me started on the restaurants, so good! Blue Zoo is awesome and the whole place has turned into a nice safe place to enjoy your afternoon or evening with family, friends or even a first date..Regal Cinemas has the most comfortable reclining seats, sometimes I fall asleep, But it's okay I have an unlimited movie pass for $21 a month so I can watch them again. There's a New Cystal and Hand made Shop next to Gamestop upstairs down from the Cinema called Simply Unique Boutique near the piano upstairs, a new Natural hair salon across from Mustard Seed, A new Plushy Store and One of the Last Remaining Christian Bookstores in Spokane, Faithful Chocolates Upstairs

One stop for everything. I'm so glad to still be able to browse and touch, and try on the items I buy. Online shopping is convenient, but there's nothing like the in-person experience ❤️

Wonderful variety of shops and places to eat. We truly enjoyed The Shoe Depot, Kay Jewlers and the Panda Express. This mall was easy to locate and access from the parking garage, well-kept and clean, and there were maps and signs to help you locate where you wanted to go.

The last time I was here, there were so many empty stores fronts, it was nice to see it filling up again! Lots of new shops, it wasn't bustlin like malls from back in the day, but there was good traffic. Nice to see it making a comeback.

Great shopping also check out the Blue Zoo Aquarium it was so cool. I have been to Northtown a million times as I use to live in Spokane but since moving away and this being the first time back in awhile this was the first I had heard of it. They have sting rays, sharks, birds among other animals.

Very cute mall, also very clean. We went on a Tuesday and there were hardly any people shopping, it was pretty empty for a mall. The boba was amazing tho, I got a brown sugar drink with extra brown sugar syrup, I definitely recommend it. Lots of stores to visit. Very fun place to hang out for the day. Most of the employees are very kind, and attentive. 5 stars

I really like the balance this Mall offers. From the larger department stores to the smaller shops. And all of the kiosk owners/employees are always friendly and willing to greet anybody. Great food selection. Always well kept, clean and tidy.
